4. Payment Terms:

Web design projects require a 50% upfront payment, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
For monthly marketing services, payment is required upfront, on the 1st of each month.
If you wish to cancel monthly services, you must notify us at least 2 weeks in advance.
Refunds are only provided in extreme circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property:

All services provided by Argent Foundry are delivered to and owned by the customer.

6. Liability:

Argent Foundry shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

7. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
