Ag About
Ag is who
we are.
Argent comes from argentum, silver. Ag. Atomic number 47. Raw elements, refined into results. That idea runs through everything we build.
The company
Argent Foundry was founded by Jon Gorman and Bianca Rosa. We started in 2021 with a simple idea: most businesses don’t need another vendor sending reports. They need more customers.
So we combine design, development, SEO, advertising, conversion, automation and data into systems built to grow a business. Where it’s practical, you own everything we build: your website, your accounts, your data.
We don’t charge you to maintain things. We charge you to grow things.

Different disciplines. Different perspectives. One Foundry.
We stay intentionally lean, bringing the right people and the right capabilities to each project without the layers, overhead and handoffs of a traditional agency.
Process
A clear path to growth.
- 01Discover
Understand the business, the market, the customer and the opportunity.
- 02Strategize
Decide which elements will produce the strongest result.
- 03Execute
Design, build, launch and optimize.
- 04Grow
Measure what happens and keep improving what works.
How we work
- Month-to-month
No long-term contracts where it isn’t warranted.
- You own everything
Your website, your accounts, your data. We build it in your name.
- Direct access
You talk to the people doing the work, not an account manager.
- Priced to outcomes
We charge you to grow things, not to maintain them.
