Services
We provide web design and development, SEO, Google and social advertising, Google Business Profile management, conversion, automation, email marketing, social media management and analytics. The specific scope of any engagement is set out in a separate proposal or agreement.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and the access and materials a project needs.
- Respond to leads and requests in a reasonable timeframe.
- Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws.
Payment
Website projects are billed 50% at the start and 50% on completion. Monthly marketing services are billed in advance on the first of each month. To cancel a monthly service, give us at least two weeks’ notice before the next billing date. Refunds are provided only in exceptional circumstances.
Ownership
Work we deliver is owned by the client. Where it is practical, you own the underlying accounts and assets, including your website, your advertising and analytics accounts, and your data.
Liability
Argent Foundry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
Changes
We may update these terms at our discretion. The date above shows the last update. Continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the revised terms.
