01 Case study

Ysidro

Building a brand people want to follow.

Ysidro is a sparkling sake spritz out of Montecito: grapefruit, sea salt, 6.9% ABV, made for the pool. For a brand like this, social isn’t a channel; it’s the storefront. We run it as a system: content strategy, creative direction, a publishing rhythm, and the reporting to know what’s landing.

The problem

Social existed. A system didn’t.

Ysidro is a lifestyle brand: the feed is where people meet it, decide they want it, and go looking for a can. But posting isn’t a strategy. Consistency, a look that’s unmistakably theirs, and steady audience growth all needed an actual system behind them, not a burst of effort every few weeks.

The solution

One aesthetic, on a schedule.

We built Ysidro a content operation: a strategy tied to how the brand actually sells, creative direction that keeps every post on-palette, a publishing calendar that doesn’t slip, and reporting that says what to make more of. Poolside, pink, sun: hundreds of posts, and it all reads as one brand.

What we did

  • Content strategy

    Tied to how it sells

  • Creative direction

    One palette, every post

  • Publishing

    A calendar that holds

  • Community

    Replies, reshares, relationships

  • Reporting

    Know what’s landing

  • Iteration

    More of what works

The build

The feed, and the posts that break out of it.

An audience, not just a feed

The number that matters isn’t posts, it’s the people who follow, remember, and go find a can.

What changed

  • 17K followers on a feed that reads as one brand
  • Hundreds of posts, one unbroken aesthetic
  • Featured by USA Today; poured in Michelin-listed restaurants
  • Stocked across ~450 California retailers, bars and restaurants
  • A publishing rhythm that holds without a scramble
  • Reporting that turns “what should we post?” into a decision
